Read an important notice from the Presbyterian Insurance Group and download the EQC Guide to Making a Claim. Non residential property damage needs to be reported to the claims hotline number 0800 502 020. Ansvar insurance has Godfrey’s assessors in the Christchurch area over the next few days. They will endeavour to inspect all the properties affected. It would help us if we could identify the worst hit properties so that these properties can be assessed with more urgency. Claims for residential properties need to be made directly to the Earthquake Commission, 0800Damage (0800 326243). The EQC will ask for the policy number 0902517987.
